Engaged community
Social media has been a powerful tool for connecting with your audience on a more personal level, this is true for large businesses, individuals and even non-profit enterprises. As part of my search engine optimisation work social media is used as a marketing channel that creates an engaged community.
Audience reach
I initially developed a system that focused on audience reach and community growth on twitter. As I tried and tested my systems I developed tools that helped to systemise tasks with great success on twitter, I then modified and adapted many of my methods so that the same principles could be applied to any social media platform. I have worked in multiple industries with social media most notably in manufacturing, education and finance.
